68UPH - Matt finished oak flooring exposed and kitchen doors going in, natural light floods in from front and rear
Meanwhile in 70UPH the slabs have received a coat of wax. Experimental, but gives a great looking finish over the varying standards of power floated concrete slab with a slightly leathery natural appearance as intended.  Maybe a bit slippery for the workshop but the reflectance distracts the eye from any defects and should matt down a bit. All wax applied by hand and then 'buffed' with a mini floor polisher bought on Gumtree
A bit worrying how quickly the place is filling up.  After a year in storage do I really need all this stuff!? One garage emptied 2 more to go - the workshop is a temporary holding area to organise things before other areas are occupied.  The contractor has still some finishing work to complete on first and second floor, so I am holding back.
